Polynucleotide (PN) Hydration Skin Booster
A high-concentration polynucleotide injectable formulated for deep skin hydration and quality improvement. Combines polynucleotide technology with intensive moisture-binding action for plumper, more radiant skin. Administered by MOH-licensed doctors at our Orchard and Tampines clinics.
Tuned for deep hydration.
A high-concentration polynucleotide (PN) injectable with enhanced moisture-binding. The PN both activates cellular repair and fibroblast activity and draws water into the dermis — addressing dehydration at a biological level rather than just coating the surface.
Where the standard PN skin booster focuses on regeneration and skin quality, this formulation is optimised for significant dehydration and dry skin, and for intensive plumping and radiance alongside regeneration.
What to expect in a session.
Numbing cream goes on 20–30 minutes beforehand, then a series of superficial microinjections is delivered across the area with fine needles; a full face takes about 30–45 minutes.
Mild redness and small injection marks are normal and usually settle within one to two days. Hydration and quality build progressively across a course.
Polynucleotide (PN) Hydration Skin Booster FAQ
What is Polynucleotide (PN) Hydration Skin Booster and how does it work?
Polynucleotide (PN) Hydration Skin Booster is an injectable treatment containing a high concentration of polynucleotide (PN/PDRN) molecules derived from highly purified salmon DNA. When injected into the skin, these molecules activate fibroblast activity and cellular repair pathways while also attracting moisture into the dermal tissue. The result is a dual benefit of skin regeneration and intensive hydration. It is performed by MOH-licensed doctors in a clinical setting.
How is it different from a hyaluronic acid skin booster?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) skin boosters primarily work by physically attracting and retaining water molecules in the skin for immediate plumping. PN Hydration Skin Booster works biologically — polynucleotides are long-chain DNA fragments that stimulate the skin's own repair and renewal processes while also supporting moisture retention. Results develop more gradually but may include improvements in skin texture, elasticity and overall quality beyond simple hydration.
How many sessions are recommended?
A course of three to four sessions spaced three to four weeks apart is typically recommended. Results develop gradually as PN molecules stimulate cumulative skin renewal and hydration improvement. Your doctor will advise on the optimal schedule based on your skin condition.
How long do results last?
Improvements in skin hydration and quality typically last six to nine months. Maintenance sessions are recommended to sustain results, as skin hydration is an ongoing concern that responds to lifestyle factors, sun exposure and the natural ageing process.
Is there downtime?
Most patients experience mild redness and small injection marks for one to two days after treatment. These effects are minor and most patients resume normal activities the same day. Your doctor will provide specific aftercare instructions.
Who is suitable?
It may be suitable for adults with dehydrated skin, dull complexion, or early signs of skin ageing who are looking to improve overall skin quality and hydration. Suitability depends on individual health status and skin condition. A consultation is required to determine if this treatment is appropriate for you.
